Ingredients:
3 tbsp. of chia seeds, 500 ml of purified water.
Cooking method.
We take water, put the chia seeds there, mix well and leave for thirty minutes for swelling. In this case the seeds are saturated with water and will increase several times. After that, it can be used for different dishes. The prepared gel can be stored in a refrigerator in a tightly closed container for up to three weeks.
