Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1/2 cup light coconut milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cup fresh diced ripe mango, 1 tbsp. of sweetened grated coconut, sugar or honey – to taste
Cooking method.
Mix all the ingredients in a large container. Close it and put it in the refrigerator for the night or at least 5-6 hours.
