Ingredients (2 servings):
2 cups of unsweetened vegetable milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or pinch of vanillin, 2/3 cup chia seeds, 2 tablespoons coconut chips, 2 peeled and sliced into thin slices apples, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Cooking method.
This pudding is served warm. To make it, pour the milk with vanilla extract into a saucepan and heat on a small fire for 2-3 minutes. Milk should be warm, not hot. Put chia seeds in a deep plate and pour them with milk. Stir continuously for about two minutes, until chia seeds soak up the milk. Then leave for 5 minutes, add apples on top, coconut chips and cinnamon and serve to the table. You can make a cool pudding. Just need to do the same, but with milk at room temperature, and after – slightly cool. You can add a little honey.
