Ingredients: 250 ml of water, 2 tbsp. of lemon juice, 1 tbsp. a of maple syrup or honey, 2 ice cubes, 2 tbsp. of crushed raspberries.
Cooking method. Seeds of chia put in a container and pour 1/4 cup of water. Leave for fifteen minutes to swell, while stirring regularly. Seeds will start to swell noticeably, absorbing water. Then add the rest of the liquid and the remaining ingredients, mix well. You can shake everything in a shaker.
