Ingredients:
4 portions- rye flour – 30 g, oat flour – 20 grams, 1 egg, cocoa powder – 10 g, sesame seeds roasted, sugar – to taste, bananas – 30 g, sea salt – pinch, corn starch ( maize) – 3 g, liquor “Amaretto” – 5 ml, soft low-fat cottage cheese – 125 g, fiber (bran) – 20 g, baking powder – a pinch.
Directions.
Whisk egg, add sugar, then add also cocoa, flour, rye and oat, fiber, starch, salt, cheese. Mix all, add the liqueur to taste (for flavor). Fill up to half of muffin tins. Put a small piece of banana on top of dough. Top with the remaining dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Check if ready with toothpick. You can sprinkle with chocolate the top of hot muffins when ready,
Sugar for the condensed milk. Sesame is replaced by coconut or nuts. Banana is also goes to taste or to replace a piece of chocolate, or any goodies that you would like to find inside muffin.
