Carrot and Yoghurt Cocktail with Wheat Germ Oil

Ingredients (4 portions): 400ml carrot juice, 400ml natural yoghurt, 4 tablespoons wheat germs, 2–3 teaspoons wheat germ oil, sea salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon spring onion, shredded.

Avocado and Wheat Germs Salad

Ingredients (4 portions): 2 avocados (large-sized and fully-ripened), 2 eggs, 1–2 sweet lemons, 2 teaspoons clear honey, 2 teaspoons wheat germ oil, 750g meaty tomatoes, sea salt, pepper, fresh coriander (the greens).

Wheat Salad

Ingredients (4 portions): 200g wheat grain, salt, pepper, 500g napa cabbage, 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 2 onions, 5 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 325g cream, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons curry.

Energy Drink

Ingredients (2 portions): 1 carrot (about 100g), 1 apple, 1 kiwi, 2 oranges, 100g fresh pineapple, 1 teaspoon flax seed, crushed, wheat germ oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Sportsmen Juice

Ingredients (2 portions): 300ml vegetable juice, 200ml kefir (butter milk), baked yogurt, 2 tablespoons grated horseradish, 1 tablespoon spring onion, crushed, 1 pinch iodized salt and 1 pinch cayenne pepper, small amount of wheat germ oil.

Vegetable Juice

Ingredients (2 portions): 1 celery stalk, 2 carrots, 100g beetroot, 100g cucumbers, 2 apples, 1 bunch parsley, iodized salt, tabasco sauce, some wheat germ oil.

Potato, Broccoli, Mushrooms, and Eggs — All Fried in the Frying Pan

Ingredients (4 portions): 600g potato, 600g broccoli, 1 sweet onion, 2 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 0.25 l vegetable broth, 100g mushrooms, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, white pepper, ground coriander, 150g sour cream, 4 eggs.

Rosehip Dressing

Ingredients (4 portions): 1 rosehip tea bag, 50ml water, 2 tablespoons apple juice (sugarless), 2 tablespoons apple vinegar, 1 teaspoon ground mustard, 3 tablespoons wheat germ oil, salt, 0.5 handful of lemon balm leaves or parsley.

Lentils and Tomato Salad

Ingredients (4 portions): 150g lentils, 375ml vegetable broth, some sprigs of fresh thyme, 2 tablespoons spicy vinegar, 2 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 1 red onion, 1 garlic clove, 400g tomatoes, 4 pieces of whole-wheat bread, salt, and pepper.

Thick Pancakes with Buckwheat and Spinach

Ingredients (4 portions): 4 eggs, 125ml milk, salt, black pepper, 100g buckwheat flour, 50g wheat flour, 500g spinach, 200g champignons, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 garlic clove, 0.5 parsley bunch, 2 tablespoons wheat germ oil.

Lentil Soup with Potato and Herbs

Ingredients (4 portions): 1 onion, 1 teaspoon wheat germ oil, 75g black lentil, 750ml vegetable broth, 300g potato, 150g sour cream, salt, black pepper, 1 bunch spring onion.

Julienne Vegetable Soup

Ingredients (4 portions): 150g carrot, 100g celery, 100g spring onion, 0.25 cabbage head, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 1 l vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, 0.5 bunch parsley.
