Ingredients: 600g potato, 150ml vegetable broth, 1 bunch of radish, 1 bunch of spring onion, 4 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 1 pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper.
Directions: Boil a jacket potato for about 20 minutes. Peel the potato and cut it into circles. Pour with broth. Mix vinegar, wheat germ oil, sugar, salt and pepper to prepare dressing. Cut radish and spring onion into circles, and then add to dressing. Stir potato with dressing.
