Ingredients: a half of red cabbage head, a half of pineapple, 2 tablespoons milk thistle oil, 2 tablespoons apple vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon walnuts, salt, pepper.
Directions: Finely chop a cabbage (if you can’t chop the cabbage head, then separate the leaves and cut them apart). Peel the pineapple. Remove the core if it is too hard. Then chop the pineapple finely. Stir the oil, apple vinegar, salt, pepper and honey. Then mix with cabbage and pineapple. Sprinkle with walnuts shredded.
