Ingredients:
3 tbsp. of chia seeds, 1 small bunch of spinach, 2 kiwis, 1 avocado, juice of one lemon, 2 slices of ginger.
Cooking method.
Cut kiwi, avocado and ginger into cubes. Then spin the spinach, squeeze out the lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients, water the chia and mix again well.
