Ingredients:
1 tbsp. of chia seeds, 80 ml of water, 2 fresh tomatoes, 50 g of dried tomatoes, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, half a ripe avocado.
Cooking method.
Mix the water with chia seeds and let stand for twenty minutes. Then add the dried tomatoes and peppers. Mix well and leave everything for fifteen minutes. Then add the finely chopped avocado and fresh tomatoes. Salt – to taste. Mix everything.
