Conger with Champignons

Ingredients: 1kg ready-made conger, 2 garlic cloves, 1 bunch dill, 600g cucumbers, 200g champignons, 100g smoked lard, lemon juice, 5 tablespoons wheat germ oil, 2 teaspoons paprika.

Directions: Wash the conger thoroughly in cold water, dry it up, cut into 3 cm long pieces, and rub with salt. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them. Wash the dill, dry it up with a paper towel and finely chop it. Mix the dill with garlic and put the mixture on each piece of conger. Wash the cucumbers, dry them up, trim edges, and halve them. Then cut into 1 cm wide semirings. Wash champignons, dry them with a paper towel and cut stripes. Cut the lard. Thread by turns the conger, cucumbers, champignons and lard on wooden skewers, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix wheat germ oil with paprika and pore it over shish-kebab with conger. Put shish-kebab on the preheated grill, turning the skewer from time to time.
