Ingredients:
100 g of oat flakes, 2 tbsp. of jelly chia seeds, 300 ml milk (1% fat content), 1 tbsp. of honey, vanilla, cinnamon – to taste.
Cooking method.
Milk bring to a boil, add oat flakes, chia seeds, vanilla and cinnamon. Porridge to cook until ready. At the end of cooking add honey or stevia honey. Before consumption , you can add chopped fresh fruit or berries.
