Ingredients:
3 tbsp. of chia seeds, 500 ml milk 1% fat, 100 g finely chopped dried fruit.
Cooking method.
Milk pour into a jar, add in the grain and tightly close the cap with a cap. All shake well and leave for ten minutes. Then shake again. Put in the refrigerator for two hours. Before use add dried fruit. You can add fresh fruits or goji berries.
