Vanilla-nut breakfast with chia seeds

Ingredients:

2 cups (250 ml) of almond milk, 1/2 cup (250 ml) of chia seeds, vanilla in any form, 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup, nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pine nuts or cashews), berries and fruits – taste.

Cooking method.

First it is necessary to mix all the seeds of chia with half a glass of almond milk and add vanilla in the form of an extract, seeds from a pod or in the usual dry form. It is very good to mix all the ingredients till thickening, close the container and leave overnight, so that the mixture will be infused and saturated. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for up to five days. Before serving, add nuts and fruits to the mixture to taste. If the pudding is very thick, then you can add water. In the mixture from the refrigerator you can add cocoa, nuts or fruit and whip with a blender and get a delicious toning cocktail.
