Ingredients:
1 tbsp. of chia seeds, 1.5 cup of flour, 2 tsp. of baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 egg whites, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. lemon peel, pinch of vanillin, 1 tbsp. of cane sugar, 1/2 cup of blueberries.
Cooking method.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. Add egg whites, lemon juice and zest. Mix well. Add the blueberries to the dough, mix them, pour the dough into roasting forms and put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
