Ingredients:
1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 tbsp. of honey, 1/4 mango, 1 tbsp. of almonds.
Cooking method.
Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk and honey in a small bowl, put overnight in the refrigerator. Take the pudding from the refrigerator, making sure that it is frozen, and the chia seeds have become jelly-like. Cut the mango cubes. Garnish with pudding nuts and mangoes.
