Ingredients:
2 tbsp. of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cup diced ripe mango, 1 tbsp. of sweetened grated coconut, honey or sugar to taste.
Cooking method.
Mix all the ingredients in a large container. Close tightly and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Put into deep saucers. Before serving, decorate with mint leaves and slices of mango.
