Strawberry-vanilla smoothy with chia seeds

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. of chia seeds, 150 ml of milk, pinch of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey, a handful of strawberries.

Cooking method.

In the container mix the milk and chia seeds. Leave for 20 minutes. Then add vanilla, maple syrup or honey and strawberries. All chop in he blender. Pour into a glass and decorate before serving with a leaf of mint. You can sprinkle a little cinnamon.
