Vegetarian falafel with chia, not requiring frying

Ingredients:

1/2 zucchini or a young vegetable marrow, 1 carrot, chives, cilantro and dried tomatoes – to taste, 3 tbsp. of chia seeds, 7-8 mushrooms, sesame for sprinkling.

Cooking method.

Zucchini, carrots, onions, cilantro and mushrooms grind in a blender, but not until smooth. Pre-soaked for 5 minutes chia seeds add to vegetables along with finely chopped tomatoes. To stir thoroughly. Shape balls of the same size and roll in sesame. Keep the falafels only in the refrigerator – up to 7 hours.
