Chicken with Basil

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons garlic, coarsely chopped, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons chili sauce, 1.5 tablespoon peanut oil, 50 ml chicken broth, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 4 chicken breasts without skin and bones and cut into long stripes, a bunch of fresh basil.

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 4 pieces of salmon fillet 100g each one, 8 shallot onions, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, one lemon juice and lemon zest finely grated, 2 tablespoons honey, a piece (2.5 cm) of grated fresh ginger. To prepare side dish: 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 zucchini, cut into strips, 100g pea pods, 100g small halved corncobs.

Ingredients: 500g eggplants, 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste), approx. 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 garlic cloves, 1 lemon, approx. 1/2 teaspoon cumin, cracked, sesame oil.

Poultry with Celery in Chinese Recipe

Ingredients: 200g poultry (breast), 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, 6 celery stalks, 1 garlic clove, 8 fresh ginger circles, 8 carrot circles, 4 small onions, 3/4 glass of chicken broth. To cook marinade: 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon starch, soy sauce to taste, 1.5 teaspoon ginger, 2 teaspoons rice wine (or dry sherry). To cook sauce: sugar, salt, 1/2 teaspoon starch, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 4–5 tablespoons broth, black pepper cracked to taste.

Ingredients: To cook forcemeat: 450g raw prawns, peeled, 120g bamboo sprouts, canned, 4 tablespoons water, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine, sugar, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, a pinch of black pepper, cracked, 1.5 tablespoon corn flour (starch). To prepare dough: 2,5–3 glasses flour, 1/2 glass hot water, 1/3 glass cold water, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

Ingredients: To cook forcemeat: 500g pork forcemeat, 250g prawns, 6 chestnuts canned, 2 bulb onions, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger cracked, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vodka (or dry sherry), 1.5 tablespoon starch, 5–6 tablespoons vegetable oil. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons ginger (powder), 2 tablespoons table vinegar (rice vinegar will be better), 2 tablespoons water, a pinch of sugar and salt, 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.
