Ingredients: 4 marrows, 2 tablespoons garlic oil, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, a half of thyme bunch, 4 fillet parts of pike perch, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons stone pine seeds, 4 lemon rings.

Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients: 500g linguine, 250g spinach, 0.5 glass of sun-dried tomatoes, 6 fresh tomatoes, 1 marrow, 250g champignons, 75g stone pine seeds, 1 garlic clove, garlic oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper.

Fried Mushrooms with Spaghetti

Ingredients: 800g mushrooms (fresh or frozen), 4 onions, 3 garlic cloves, 150g lard, 1 glass of cream or sour cream, 150g tomatoes, dried in oil, 3 parsley sprigs, 1 teaspoon broth, white pepper cracked, 1 spaghetti pack, garlic oil.

Pasta with Broccoli and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: 500g spaghetti or linguine, 500g broccoli, 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon garlic oil, 1 marrow, 1 can champignons, 1 can tomatoes, 2 glasses cream, 200ml vegetable broth, salt, pepper, oregano, parmesan.

Warm Chanterelle Salad

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons garlic oil, 1 parsley bunch, a half of iceberg lettuce head, salt, pepper, 400g chanterelle mushrooms, 100g ham, 1 tomato, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 onion, 1 bouillon cube, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 thyme sprigs.

Stuffed Shells

Ingredients: 375g spinach leaves, 3 tablespoons garlic oil, 300g forcemeat (mixed), 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 375g pasta (large shells), 1 glass cream or sour cream. To prepare sauce: 30g butter, 20g flour, 0.25l milk, 0.25l broth, 100g cheese, salt, pepper.

Baked Potato

Ingredients: 8 potatoes, 4 teaspoons garlic oil, salt, 500g non-greasy curd cheese, 4 tablespoons cream, 1 lemon (juice and zest), 2 garlic cloves, 4 spring onions, tabasco sauce, and sugar.

Pizza with Champignons, Paprika and Garlic

Ingredients: To prepare dough: 300g wheat flour, 1 pack dried yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, 170ml warm water. To prepare pizza topping: 6 tablespoons garlic oil, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 2–6 garlic cloves (to taste), 2 pieces red paprika, 250g champignons, 1 onion, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.

Spaghetti with Tilapia and Prawns

Ingredients: 75g tilapia fillet, 50g prawns, peeled, 125g spaghetti, 50ml whipped cream, juice of 1 lemon, 2 pinches of salt, 0.5 chili pepper pod, 1 teaspoon garlic oil, 1 tablespoon parsley, shredded.

Greek Feta with Paprika and Garlic

Ingredients: 2 packs of feta cheese, 0.5 sweet pepper, 1 onion, 0.5 glass of curd cheese, 2 teaspoons pepper, 2 chili pepper rods, garlic oil, olive oil, 6 garlic cloves, baguette.

Meat Solyanka “Gurman”

Ingredients: to prepare in 4 litre saucepan: 700 g beef, 6–10 types of meat delicacies with a total weight of 1kg, 150g carrot, 100g onion, 200g pickled cucumbers, 5 tablespoons tomato paste, 3 tablespoons caperberries, vegetable oil, rosehip oil, 3–4 bay leaves, lemon, black pepper, greens, and black olives.

Petropavlovskiy Salad

Ingredients: sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers, marinated mushrooms, rosehip oil, sugar, and such additional products as fresh greens, and olives.
