Chocolate pudding with chia seeds

Ingredients: 4 tbsp. spoons of chia seeds, 1 tbsp. spoon extract or 1 pod of vanilla, 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder, 3 tbsp. spoons of honey (if desired, you can replace the syrup), 3/4 tbsp. spoons of defrosted or fresh raspberries, 1 glass of water, 1/2 cup of almonds.

Milk pudding with chia seeds

Ingredients: 1/2 cup chia seeds, 2 cups of any milk, salt on the tip of the knife, any sweetener – to taste.

Mango-coconut pudding with chia seeds

Ingredients: 2 tbsp. of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 3/4 cup diced ripe mango, 1 tbsp. of sweetened grated coconut, honey or sugar to taste.

Energy breakfast with chia seeds

Ingredients: 2 cups of almond milk, 1/2 cup chia seeds, vanillin at the tip of the knife (vanilla seeds or vanilla extract), 1.5 tbsp. of maple syrup, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, cedar – separately or a mixture), any fruits and berries.

Yoghurt breakfast with oatmeal and chia seeds

Ingredients: 1/2 cup of ordinary oat flakes, 1/2 cup yogurt without filler, 2/3 cup milk, 1 tbsp. of chia seeds, 2 tbsp. of fresh berries or jam, 1 banana of medium size.

Ingredients: 1 medium-sized banana, 250 g of pumpkin, 2 tbsp. of chia seeds, 1/2 tsp. of soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. of ground cloves, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 cup of stevia, coconut, agave or cane sugar (sweetener), 2 tbsp. of coconut oil.
